Ok you know the whole story, now we decided to buy the nj condo all cash. we have 188k in cash and 220k in rs. i wanted to put 65000 in a secure personal loan so we canstil have the cash in a few years, but the min intrest was too high, but if we pay cash we will have to places worth about 400k with no loans to pay, but that would leave us with 45k in a ira and just 60k in cash. what would you we got the seller to lower is price by 5k. do we go for a loan from a mortage broker so we have 65k more in cash free or do we just pay all cash for the nj condo.

I want to get a loan for a motorcycle. I have a job and get paid around 400 every 2 weeks. I need about a 4,00 personal loan for a used honda cbr 1000. I havent had the job long at all. like a few weeks. And i dont have any credit. So I was thinking maybe a secured loan if not an unsecured loan?

I need to acquire just about 3000-4000 to purchase a second vehicle. I don’t want to finance the vehicle as a secured loan because we will need to get full insurance on it & I will have to be insured, even though I wont be driving it. So I want to get a personal loan and buy out right. I hear loans are hard to get right now. Would that apply to only a few thousand dollars to someone with average or fair credit?

Hi guys im in my 20s and well like some young people I got myself into debt. Total is about 32,000 with 18,000 as secured debit(personal loan using my car title). I can make the payments but its stretching me thin. im paying somewhat on time but I thought I ask for some help.

Ive thought about calling my credit card companies and a bank which I have a secured and unsecured loan and see what I could do but ive heard of these debt consolidation companies and well honestly not sure what they can do for me?

I take home roughly 1,600 every month after taxes so I can afford payments but Im hoping to consolidate everything and maybe get my debt reduced somehow without runing my credit score.

Yes ive thought about bankruptsy but im not suffering and its really a stretch. But I would like to lower my debts somehow and pay them off as much as I can. Any advice on which company to try or any stories on how they cleared up their debt? Any help would be really appreciated! thanks
