Has anyone tried to get a secured personal loan from Nationwide Financial Services Inc. I was told I was approved for a secure loan all I had to do was send the x amount of dollars and the next day I would have my loan, well I don’t have my loan nobody will return my calls,e-mails or faxes. This company is insured by J D and Associates Law Firm so I figured they were ok. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

My score is 606, my re-established credit is perfect. I have filed Bankruptcy Chapter 7 in 2003, it has been discharged since then. I have go to American General Financial but because I’m in Chapter 7 they can give me a secured loan and I need a unsecured loan. I have tried credit unions and they said I have too much obligations in my credit and it is becuase I just bought a house and the loan is under my name only (husband is in title), and the payment is $2200, plus I have a furniture acct and my car that I make payments. Need help if someone knows where I can go, probably a website. I have tried prosper.com where I have a listing but it is not only me, they are more that 200 listings. Please HELP!!!!

I was trying to consolidate my debt and the personal loan that i took out is a secure loan. I do not have problems paying my loan on time, but i need to find a lender who will make me a loan for the amount i owe now so i can get my car title back.
